In the beginning of even the busiest day, you can enjoy homemade breakfast on your way to work, school, or in the comfort of your own home, assured of the purity and quality of the materials used.
Brunch is no longer just a Sunday ritual; at Adam’s, the juicy omelet with farm eggs, gruyere cheese and fresh herbs is rolled up so you can eat it on the way, the croque monsieur is enclosed in two slices of sourdough bread. The buttery crepe can be enjoyed savory, with creamy chicken and herbs, or sweet with a rich chocolatey hazelnut praline, and bacon-and-eggs is transformed into a delicious brioche burger. Little cups of homemade granola are mixed with fresh green apples and topped with Greek yoghurt from a local monastery, and honey from their hives. The small luxury of brunch has now become an indulgence that can be savored on your way to the office or to the bank.
It is not by accident that Adam’s- a Taste of Heaven, situated in one of Vari’s main streets, has become known not only for its superior quality, but also for its ability to combine street food and brunch with a farm-to table mentality.
Good food is now at your fingertips
Pastries are prepared daily, using only butter, in Adam’s kitchen, separated from the seating area with a glass window. Healthy snacks and salads with ingredients directly from their small organic farms in Vari and Peania, filling sandwiches in classic and gourmet combinations (like the whole wheat koulouri stuffed with sundried tomato pesto and manouri cheese). The rest of the ingredients (cheeses, cold cuts ech.) are sourced from high-quality, small producers.
Every noon, Adam’s- a Taste of Heaven offers it’s guests a small selection of daily meals prepared in its traditional pots: three or four seasonal specialties, prepared exactly like grandma used to make, from moussaka and pastitsio to herbed chickpeas in the oven and veal braised with smoked aubergine puree.
You can take them to-go, order them from a delivery app, or enjoy your brunch, lunch, snack or afternoon coffee in the seating area, decorated with warm wood and bronze accents, around the antique table laden with all sorts of homemade cookies and desserts in glass domes.
The natural light streaming through the large windows, and the verandah filled with natural greenery create a calming aura, ideal for a small break on a busy day. Herbal teas, carefully selected espresso beans, freshly squeezed juices and a velvety aromatic Greek coffe complete the experience.
