The new project is becoming the talk of the town in the southern suburbs of Athens this summer, offering unique flavors, a relaxed atmosphere, and a beach for endless swims, giving you many good reasons to enjoy your moments here, any time of the day.
In the restaurant space, distinguished for its aesthetics, you will find elegant tables and comfortable chairs, while the lounge area right in front features cozy sofas and minimal armchairs.
The natural material tents, as well as the Mediterranean plants, add a touch of freshness to the space, with the color tones of sand and stone harmonizing perfectly with the natural landscape, creating the relaxed, urban atmosphere that distinguishes The C.
Once again, in front of you lies the beautifully arranged beach, with specially designed umbrellas, tents, and sun loungers spread out on the sand, inviting you to combine your visit with a swim in the sea. The C restaurant itself is a destination for a lunch or dinner outing, with a menu crafted by chefs Dorina Demai and Lazaros Stamoulis that blends Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
The two experienced chefs and their team, utilizing top-quality ingredients to the fullest, have created a high-end menu divided into six categories: Bread & Spreads, Land, Raw, Sea, Farm, and Desserts. Here, dishes with Greek and Mediterranean roots take the spotlight, with some Asian influences added for a unique touch.
We suggest you start your meal with a velvety taramosalata with bottarga and basil oil, accompanied by crispy rosemary olive pies and a Mediterranean Burrata salad with cherry tomatoes, basil pesto, and carob rusks.
In the Raw section, which is one of the most powerful categories on the menu, we highlight the fine tuna tataki, while the linguine with shrimp tartare are definitely dishes that will remain unforgettable for you this summer.
The sweet ending is written with a delicious white chocolate crémeux, while the more traditional ones surely won’t resist the summer version of “galaktoboureko” (a Greek dessert of custard baked in phyllo) served at The C with vanilla ice cream inside.
The meal at The C is ideally accompanied by wine from the refined wine list of the restaurant, curated by sommelier Georgios Karamanolis. The list features mainly selections from Greek and French vineyards, with options also available from around the world.
