The Ellinikon Residences: What will the houses look like

Every smart house/residence that will be developed in the near future in the Ellinikon will be based on current data and technological developments.
The house you see in the photos, displayed in the new Experience Centre inside the Ellinikon, offers the possibility of complete interconnection. All the electrical and electronic devices will be connected to the owner’s mobile phone. Lamda Development aims to offer residences that will provide all the benefits of The Ellinikon, designed at the same time to be both smart and green.
The residential projects that will be developed in the Ellinikon in the first five years
It should be noted that during the first five years of the project’s implementation in the Ellinikon, three residential properties are scheduled to be developed. Among them the Marina Tower, the first high-rise residential tower in Greece, featuring over 200 private residences — each with a stunning view.
There will also be beachfront villas (The Cove Villas), as well as a family-friendly, regulated complex for low-rise apartments and duplexes, located directly behind the villas (The Cove Residences).
Two and three-storey residential buildings are also going to be developed around The Ellinikon Park. Most of these residences will look out into the lush green landscape.
It should be noted that due to excess demand for the residences within the Ellinikon site, an additional 1,000 apartments are planned to be developed.
